My Journey

I was called to the ministry of Spiritual Direction on a beautiful spring day during my Morning God time in 2015. God in his perfect timing took 6 years in preparing and growing me before I attended the C. John Weborg Center for Spiritual Direction at North Park Theological Seminary, where I received my Certification in Spiritual Direction in 2023. My life has not been the same since. Whatever word you may use to describe this ministry; Spiritual Direction, Spiritual Companion, Anam Cara, Holy Listening, Soul Care, Soul Friend, Spiritual Mentor, or Spiritual Guide, they all describe a companion who listens, accompanies, supports, encourages, and helps someone discern ones inner longing for a deeper, intentional relationship with our Lord and Savior; God, Jesus, & Holy Spirit.

Gods Call

Im born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. Spiritual Director, Spiritual Companion, Anam Cara, Prayer Warrior, Mentor, Mom, Wife, Friend, Nanny, Teacher, Local, and Beach lover are all words that can be used to describe who I am. I love all Genres of music, Dance parties with friends, and being out in nature, experiencing God's amazing creation. The Holy Spirit is the center of my life. Nothing brings me more happiness than helping people notice Gods movement in their life, and watching them grow deeper in their relationship with him. I feel blessed and humbled to be apart of the ministry of Spiritual Direction.

What I Offer

Spiritual Direction is a beautifully safe, confidential, and spirit centered space for a directee, where exploration and vulnerability with God can occur. Through listening, experiencing their feelings, prayer practices, scripture, and discernment, dialogue between the directee and God can take form. I share this sacred space with you by providing intentional Holy Listening, being a vessel for God’s use, and staying conscious to what the Holy Spirit brings to my awareness. God does the directing while I listen, observe, and respond to the Holy Spirit's prompts, offering invitations to go deeper through thought provoking questions and noticings. I look forward to working with the people God partners me with. Peace and Grace be with you.

The following are areas I have experience in; Individual Spiritual Direction/Companionship, Holy Listening, Spiritual Practices, Contemplative Prayer, Celtic & Ignatian Spirituality, Pilgrimage, Discernment, Retreats, Group Spiritual Direction, Small group bible studies, Transitions in life’s stages, Couples/Families, Parenting, Discovering ones purpose, Mental Health & Trauma, Codependency, and Grief & Loss.

Areas Of Support

Meetings are offered both online or in person. Online meetings can be done over Google Meets or Zoom, while in person meetings take place in the Sacred Space. A small, Holy building located on my property in Santa Barbara California.
